Darks are good enough on Q70R. Of course OLED could do it better, but blacks on Q70R are really dark compared to other LED TVs, so I rarely pay attention to it. Maybe it's because I have AMOLED phone — I completely used to it and difference between IPS and AMOLED screens are not so interesting for me anymore.
The qled is much brighter and more vibrant, whilst the C1 has better contract and that unbeatable "clean" oled picture. I prefer the software and the soundbar on the samsung. If you are in a bright room choose the qled.
